Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle insurance verifications and basic billing inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to both patients and staff
  • Assist with various front office tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or clerical roles
  • Insurance knowledge is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus

Medical Assistant

Join our dynamic and supportive team at our plastic surgery office!  We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our physician and RN with consultations, pre-and post-operative visits and be the primary point of clinically oriented patient contact.

Must-Have:

  • Experience with dressing changes & suture removal
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Ability to multi-task & strong attention to detail
  • Proactive nature & a high sense of urgency
  • A passion for delivering excellent patient service

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in plastic surgery
  • Proficiency in sterile technique & wound care
