Patient Care Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through their treatment journey. This role involves scheduling appointments, facilitating patient communication, preparing treatment plans, and coordinating all aspects of the patient process. Additionally, the position supports practice quality control, policy adherence, and patient experience improvements.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications & Skills:
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient service
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Patient Experience (75%)
- Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Schedule consultations and procedures
- Assist with patient forms, treatment plans, and financing options
- Coordinate surgical and non-surgical treatments, including follow-ups
- Ensure a welcoming and informative experience for all patients
🔹 Practice Quality Control (25%)
- Track and analyze patient conversion rates and provide feedback to providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
- Assist with policy development, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain and update patient materials and practice guidelines
